1. About us
This service is operated by onehp.app ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you ("user", "you") enter into an agreement with us under these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
The service generates configuration guides for PUBG's World of Wonder / Custom Tools mode. Output is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved in-game.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service in violation of any law or regulation;
- use the service for fraud, spam, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property;
- upload or generate malware, or probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security of the service;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service or its outputs.
5. Account & credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Intellectual property
All software, branding, and documentation forming part of the service remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current period. Credits granted by a one-off purchase do not expire. Monthly credits reset at each billing renewal and do not roll over.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. Upon termination your right to use the service ends immediately.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
